Return window and condition

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

How to request a return

Email service@nuavfeb.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos where relevant.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. Do not send a return to the business address; the appropriate return address will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Return shipping

For a return requested because of preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, NuavFeb™ will provide an appropriate return, replacement, or refund solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. The refund amount will reflect the approved return.
